About the Role
As a Business Analyst (RPA) at
BlackRock, you will:
·
Lead the full
software development lifecycle (SDLC) for implementing automated
solutions.
·
Collaborate
with stakeholders to identify opportunities for RPA solutions.
·
Design,
develop, and test RPA solutions using industry-leading tools like UiPath,
Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
·
Maintain and
optimize existing RPA processes to ensure efficiency and performance.
·
Provide business
analysis and technological support to the Legal and
Compliance (L&C) department.
Key Responsibilities
·
Business Analysis: Capture detailed requirements and ensure project documentation
aligns with governance frameworks.
·
RPA Development: Design, develop, and test RPA solutions.
·
Process
Optimization: Continuously monitor and
improve RPA processes.
·
Stakeholder
Management: Provide project updates and
address gaps to ensure project success.
·
Training and
Support: Document RPA processes and
train end-users.
Skills and Qualifications
·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
·
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
·
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in RPA tools like
UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
o Knowledge of Excel VBA,
SQL, Unqork, Archer, or Aladdin data tables (preferred).
·
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
o Proactive, self-motivated, and able
to work independently or in a team.
