About the Role
As a Desktop Support
Engineer at Zycus, you will:
·
Install,
configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft products (Windows OS,
Outlook, MS Office).
·
Support hardware
peripherals like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
·
Migrate and
deploy desktops and laptops as per company standards.
·
Communicate
with overseas customers and resolve issues using remote tools
like MS Teams, Skype for Business, and WebEx.
·
Ensure desktop
maintenance, security updates, and patch management.
Key Responsibilities
·
Troubleshoot
and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, hardware,
and software.
·
Provide remote
support to global customers using tools like MS Teams and WebEx.
·
Maintain and
update virus protection and security patches.
·
Collaborate
with technical and non-technical teams to address IT issues.
·
Ensure smooth
deployment and migration of IT assets.
Qualifications
·
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA or
related fields.

Skills:
o Basic knowledge of Office
365 and Microsoft products.
o Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills.
o Good communication and
interpersonal abilities.
