Role: Payroll Analyst
Department: Accounting, Finance & Accounting
Job Description
As a Payroll Analyst, you
will:
1. Manage day-to-day US/Canada
payroll transactions, including terminations and off-cycle processes.
2. Ensure timely and accurate end-to-end
payroll processing.
3. Validate and clear required controls as
part of routine payroll processing.
4. Maintain payroll processing documentation
(e.g., templates, schedules, checklists).
5. Handle employee support tickets and
ensure SLAs are met with world-class customer service.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to
clarify payroll inputs.
7. Manage payroll and tax
reconciliations (Workday vs. ADP Smart Compliance).
8. Support internal and external audits,
both domestic and international.
9. Participate in new system implementations
and process improvements.
What You’ll Do
·
Process US/Canada
payroll transactions and ensure compliance with timekeeping controls.
·
Prepare ad-hoc
payroll reports and assist with payroll-related activities.
·
Perform user testing
for new payroll systems and improvements.
·
Maintain accurate
and up-to-date payroll records.
Basic Qualifications
·
Graduation in Finance or
a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
·
Experience
with Oracle Fusion and Workday Payroll.
·
Knowledge of US
Payroll processing.
