Job Summary
SuperProcure is seeking a motivated
and self-driven Business Analyst - Trainee with strong
organizational, management, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate
will play a key role in driving day-to-day business requirements for various
clients, ensuring successful project implementation, and contributing to the
company’s vision of transforming the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
·
Support
project management and ensure successful implementation across clients.
·
Participate in
customer interaction calls to understand, document, and clarify business needs.
·
Prioritize
requirements for multiple clients and prepare detailed business blueprints.
·
Collaborate
with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable
specifications.
·
Assist in
building testing scenarios and support the Project Manager in tracking project
progress.
·
Communicate
effectively with both business and technical teams to ensure stakeholder
buy-in.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate in Business Management (or equivalent).

Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to
work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
·
Willingness to
learn new tools and technologies.
