Job Description
As a Business Management
Associate, you will:
1.
Provide high
responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management,
presentation development, and business analysis.
2.
Organize
complex information into compelling presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
3.
Communicate
effectively with key stakeholders to drive projects and next steps.
4.
Manage
projects and deliver key work streams and tasks.
5.
Identify and
mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6.
Support audit,
regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control
Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
7.
Coordinate
team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and
strategy sessions.
8.
Maintain
internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
9.
Collaborate
with global managers to simplify and improve business processes.
Required Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Prior
experience in Business Management or COO roles.
·
Proven ability
to deliver high-quality presentations and reports.
·
Strong
attention to detail and design excellence.
·
Excellent
communication, organization, and project management skills.
·
Proficiency
in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
