Job Title: Junior Analyst – Finance & Accounting
What This Job Involves:
·
Processing
various accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense
reports, and manual/emergency check requests.
·
Preparing and
posting month-end close journal entries (accruals, prepayments, mortgages,
etc.).
·
Assisting
accountants and controllers with accounts payable issues.
·
Responding to
property inquiries via phone and email.
·
Posting
accounting corrections/reclassifications to ensure accurate financial records.
·
Preparing
monthly bank and mortgage reconciliations.
·
Analyzing
cash/amounts received in bank deposits and applying them to tenant accounts.
·
Researching
tenant ledger histories to resolve over/short payments.
·
Processing
weekly accounts payable for multiple properties while meeting deadlines.
·
Ensuring
compliance with JLL accounts payable policies and procedures.
·
Training new
accounts payable employees as needed.
·
Gathering data
on departmental processing metrics.
·
Communicating
with internal and external customers and vendors as required.
Sounds Like You? To Apply, You Need to Be/Have:

A commerce
graduate with a strong background in finance and accounts.
·
Strong
analytical skills with attention to detail and logical thinking.
·
Impactful
communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
·
Consistency in
values, principles, and work ethics.
·
Working
knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Performance Objectives:
·
Preparation,
development, and analysis of management accounting information.
·
Financial
reporting, analysis, and projection for clients.
·
Timely and
accurate processing of vendor invoices as per Service Level Agreements.
·
Effective
day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions.
