Job Description
Position Purpose/Summary
As a Software Engineer I, you
will:
·
Develop and
enhance Test Automation frameworks and scripts.
·
Enable DevSecOps
adoption to ensure seamless integration of security into the
development lifecycle.
·
Collaborate with
engineering and architecture teams to plan, design, develop, and execute system
tests, test automation, and performance test solutions.
Key Responsibilities
·
Understand end-user
scenarios and contribute to requirements and design reviews.
·
Create and
implement Automation Strategies for system tests and
simulation requirements.
·
Maintain existing
product test scripts and develop productivity improvement tools.
·
Ensure automated
tests are integrated into CI/CD processes for continuous
testing across environments.
·
Leverage GenAI to
improve productivity in test automation.
·
Mentor project team
members on Test Automation Techniques.
·
Demonstrate
self-drive, effective communication, and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced
environment.
Technical Skills
·
Programming Languages: Java,
C#, .NET
·
Scripting Languages: Python
·
Automation Tools: Selenium,
Appium, C#, RestSharp, Test Complete
·
Experience in:
o Web services and API testing
o Automating Mobile and Web Applications
(Windows Mobile, Android, iOS)
o Embedded Automation
Education and Experience
·
Qualifications: Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics.
·
Experience: Minimum
of 1 year in Testing and Test Automation planning, design, and
development.
Professional Skills
·
Strong analytical
thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
·
Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written.
·
Self-motivated with
the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Ability to quickly
