Job Role: Consultant – Business Analyst (FSRM)
As a Business Analyst in the
Risk Consulting - Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) team, you will
be responsible for:

requirements from key stakeholders.
✔ Collaborating with
cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and data
analysts.
✔ Using project management tools
like JIRA and Confluence to track project workflows.
✔ Conducting data analysis
using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to support business decisions.
✔ Identifying inefficiencies
and areas for improvement in business processes.
✔ Creating and maintaining
business process models, use cases, and user stories.
✔ Assisting in user acceptance
testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
✔ Supporting change management
efforts by preparing training materials and documentation.
✔ Working in an Agile methodology
environment to drive project success.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from
a premier institute.
