Job Description
As an Analyst – Learning
Delivery, you will:
1. Support the USI Talent
Learning and Development (L&D) teams in planning and delivering
learning programs for businesses like Audit, Advisory, Tax, Consulting, and
Enabling Areas.
2. Act as an advisor and consultant to
clients, ensuring effective stakeholder management and SLA adherence.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and
external vendors for seamless program delivery.
4. Manage program-related tasks,
including scheduling, reporting, and root cause analysis.
5. Ensure process excellence by
maintaining SOPs, checklists, and FAQ documents.
6. Utilize learning platforms
like NextGen and SABA to deliver impactful
programs.
7. Support team members and contribute
to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
·
Client Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely
delivery of learning programs.
·
Process Excellence: Maintain high standards of process documentation and execution.
·
Data Analysis: Analyze program metrics, create dashboards, and present findings to
leadership.
·
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams to achieve common business
goals.
Qualifications Required
·
1–4 years of
relevant work experience.
·
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
·
Proficiency
in MS Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
·
Strong
analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and create executive
summaries.
·
Attention to
detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
·
Experience
working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
