for fresh graduates to join its Bangalore team as a Hardware Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to
work with cutting-edge hardware technologies, design electronic
modules, and contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
Job Role: Hardware Engineer
📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
👨💻 Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers can apply)
⏳ Job Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Hardware Engineer at Black
Box, you will:
✅ Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept
to manufacturing
✅ Design and develop hardware
modules based on requirement specifications
✅ Estimate system power budgets
and design voltage regulators
✅ Create detailed design
documents and schematic entries using Concept HDL
✅ Define board layout constraints,
routing guidelines, and PCB stack-up
✅ Perform signal integrity
analysis and design PCB layouts
✅ Develop engineering BOM and
conduct DFM/DFT reviews
✅ Plan and execute board bring-up
& validation tests
✅ Work on system-level compliance
and safety testing
✅ Define manufacturing test
functions for mass production
✅ Collaborate with PCB assembly,
mechanical design, and quality teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔️ Strong knowledge of processors, controllers, and electronic circuit
design
✔️ Experience with Analog,
Digital, Power, and RF designs
✔️ Hands-on experience with communication
protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS485)
✔️ Expertise in high-speed signal
routing and power distribution
✔️ Proficiency in hardware design
tools (ORCAD, Altium, Mentor Graphics)
✔️ Experience in system-level
design, development, and validation
✔️ Problem-solving skills to debug
complex hardware and software issues
✔️ Understanding of EMI/EMC/ESD
validation & environmental testing
✔️ Familiarity with industry
certifications (FCC, CE, UL, RoHS, WEEE, REACH)
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
➕ Embedded programming experience
➕ CMMI documentation knowledge
➕ Understanding of CAN Bus
protocols
