This is an excellent opportunity for freshers
and candidates with up to 6 months of experience to gain
hands-on experience in paint formulation, testing, and
R&D.

Job
Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Jr. Lab Technician
at Behr Paint Company, you will:
✅
Work in the Paint
R&D department and contribute to research projects
✅
Provide and maintain accurate data and records
for different projects
✅
Perform paint
formulation and testing as per BSTM standards
✅
Understand the paint/color-making process, operate
machines, and select accessories
✅
Conduct paint
and raw material testing, color analysis, and spectrophotometer
evaluation
✅
Prepare 50+
drawdowns per shift as required for projects
✅
Maintain knowledge of Behr paints, primers, and related
products
✅
Enter lab
data accurately and ensure proper data management
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔️
Basic understanding of paint formulation and test methods
✔️
Good knowledge of raw materials, color theory, and spectrophotometer basics
✔️
Proficiency in Excel, report writing, and presentation skills
✔️
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
✔️
Ability to follow company ethics, protocols, and safety standards
