Job Overview
As an IT Associate,
you’ll provide on-site and remote technical support across various platforms
and devices, including PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. You’ll work
closely with teams to troubleshoot issues, manage IT assets, and support global
and local IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
·
Provide 1st/2nd
line IT support for Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and
other platforms.
·
Troubleshoot
and log technical issues using the IT Service Management tool
(ServiceNow).
·
Assist with
documentation of technical procedures and end-user literature.
·
Troubleshoot video
conferencing and telecommunications systems.
·
Prepare and
deploy laptops, including user profile configuration and data migration.
·
Manage
hardware asset tracking and inventory.
·
Support global
and local IT projects in an operational capacity.
Requirements
·
Strong
communication skills to present technical concepts to management and peers.
·
Ability to
diagnose problems and provide solutions or escalate as needed.
·
Experience
with Windows 10, Windows Server, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud
file sharing.
·
Basic
troubleshooting experience with MS Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
·
Knowledge
of LAN, IP networking, and OSI model.
·
Experience
with SCCM or imaging software.
·
Exposure
to cloud technology and VoIP systems.
