Job Description
As a Salesforce Marketing
Cloud Developer, you will:

Develop and
deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming
languages, frameworks, and tools.

Ensure code is
scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
·
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers,
to define software requirements and align with business objectives.

Participate in
code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and contribute to knowledge
sharing.
·
Stay updated
on industry trends and innovations while actively engaging in technology
communities.
·
Adhere to
secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
·
Implement
effective unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and
maintainability.
·
Provide
specialist advice and support to stakeholders and customers.
·
Manage risk,
strengthen controls, and ensure compliance with regulations, rules, and codes
of conduct.
·
Build strong
relationships with stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
·
Lead,
supervise, and support professional development within your team, if
applicable.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
·
Experience
with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio,
Journeys, Transactional APIs, and Mobile Studio.
·
Proficiency in
SQL and HTML coding.
·
Experience
with Java and APIs is a plus.
Domain Knowledge:
·
Prior
experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry is highly valued.
Soft Skills:
·
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills.
·
Ability to
work independently and as part of a team.
·
Capacity to
manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
