Job Details

·         Position: Customer Support - Trainee (SaaS)

·         Department: Customer Support & Success Team

·         Location: Remote or On-Site (Kolkata)

·         Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support - Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Support:

·         Monitor and provide prompt assistance via phone, email, and live chat.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve client tickets with step-by-step solutions.

·         Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to escalate complex issues.

2. Customer Success - Adoption Enhancement:

·         Monitor user adoption and KPIs to ensure platform success.

·         Proactively engage users through review meetings to drive value.

3. User Account Configuration:

·         Configure user accounts based on individual requirements.

·         Ensure seamless onboarding for new users.

4. Training and Onboarding:

·         Conduct training sessions via phone and email.

·         Create support documentation and tutorials for self-service troubleshooting.

5. Monitoring and Reporting:

·         Track user adoption levels and generate reports on engagement.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to improve adoption strategies.

6. Product and Customer Growth:

·         Provide feedback to product development teams for enhancements.
