Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at
Sarens, you will:
✔️ Generate
and process new sales leads for taxi rentals/daily rental jobs in
the assigned area.
✔️ Meet monthly income targets
through effective client engagement and crane deployment.
✔️ Negotiate contracts and terms of
sale, balancing commercial and risk factors.
✔️ Coordinate with the operations team
to ensure seamless execution of rental jobs.
✔️ Plan and schedule crane rental jobs
on a weekly and monthly basis.
✔️ Maintain customer relationships,
respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
✔️ Ensure timely invoicing and payment
collection from clients.
✔️ Maintain accurate records and
updates in the CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Educational
Background:
·
B.Tech in Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering (2025 graduates eligible).
📊 Technical
& Business Skills:
✅ Understanding of heavy lifting
equipment, cranes, and rentals.
✅ Basic knowledge of engineering sales
& operations.
✅ Proficiency in CRM software and data
entry.
✅ Strong problem-solving and
negotiation skills.
📌 Soft
Skills:

Excellent communication and
client management skills.

Strong organizational and
planning abilities.
·
Attention to detail and ability
to handle customer concerns effectively.
