Key Responsibilities
As an Associate I SQA Engineer at
S&P Global, you will:
✔️ Execute
software testing activities in alignment with release schedules.
✔️ Review requirements and
specification documents.
✔️ Develop and maintain test
documentation (Test Plan, RTM, Test Cases, Reports).
✔️ Conduct manual and automated
regression testing.
✔️ Create and maintain automation test
cases for efficient QA workflows.
✔️ Use JIRA to track and report
defects, ensuring test progress and quality.
✔️ Collaborate with QA, development,
and product teams to improve software quality.
✔️ Maintain and upgrade QA environments
to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Occasionally assist in release
weekend deployments.
Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Educational
Background:
·
Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, IT, or related fields.
📊 Technical
Skills:
✅ Basic understanding of software
testing methodologies.
✅ Exposure to test case design &
execution.
✅ Experience in Python programming
for test automation.
✅ Familiarity with JIRA, Selenium, or
other automation tools.
📌 Soft
Skills:

Excellent written and spoken
communication.

Detail-oriented and proactive
approach.

Strong time management and
organizational skills.
🚀 Preferred
Certifications:

ISTQB (Software Testing
Certification).
