Key Responsibilities
As a Project Support Engineer at
Hero MotoCorp, you will:
·
Integrate specific
project deliverables based on company processes and project management
theories.
·
Track department
deliverables and align them with project milestones.
·
Prepare micro-level
schedules using MS Projects and ensure alignment with the
overall project schedule.
·
Facilitate and
support project activities to ensure smooth progress.
·
Bridge gaps between
interdepartmental activities and ensure seamless collaboration.
·
Support the tracking
of micro activities in line with R&D and company development processes.
·
Generate innovative
ideas to improve control over time, cost, and quality.
·
Create and maintain
side effect charts for project-specific changes (risk management).
·
Track and update
cost/weight targets versus actual status.
·
Provide transparency
on project progress in weekly meetings and monthly reports.
·
Conduct checks on
new model bill of materials (BOM) for base and change parts.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you should
have:

A Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred experience
in project management within the automotive industry.
·
Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills.
·
A sense of
achievement, ownership, and excellent planning and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS
Project and MS Office.
·
Preferred knowledge
of TeamCenter Schedule, SAP, and Product
Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
