Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst - Management
Trainee at Emerson, you will:
✔️
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information (P&L,
Balance Sheet, Flash Reports).
✔️ Support monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial closes, meeting deadlines and explaining financial
variances.
✔️ Prepare management reports with
key financial indicators and variance analysis.
✔️ Assist in budget planning, mid-year
reviews, and financial forecasting.
✔️ Prepare financial presentations for
leadership and finance controllers.
✔️ Conduct research on accounting
principles (IFRS, US GAAP) and financial best practices.
✔️ Lead audit-related activities
and support compliance processes.
✔️ Drive continuous improvement
initiatives in financial reporting and analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Educational
Background:
·
Finance professional with
at least one year of experience in Finance.
·
Qualified Chartered Accountant
(CA) (preferred).
📊 Technical
Skills:
·
ERP & Reporting Tools:
Hands-on experience with Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
·
Microsoft Office Suite:
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
·
Data Visualization:
Knowledge of Power BI or related tools.
·
Accounting Standards: Basic
understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
