Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will provide technical and business support to Oracle’s internal sales teams via chat. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth sales operations by resolving queries, testing new applications, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a work-from-office role with 24/7 shifts, offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide 1st level support on end-to-end sales processes.

·         Resolve simple to complex queries efficiently.

·         Participate in the testing of new applications and systems.

·         Meet and exceed GSCO Support KPIs and targets.

·         Undertake administrative responsibilities as required.

·         Stay updated on new releases and system enhancements.
