About the Role: Software Engineering Intern
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with product
managers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
using the ServiceNow platform. You’ll play a key role in automating
business processes and integrating platforms to drive efficiency across
organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ServiceNow
Development:
o Design intuitive forms using Form Designer and UI policies.
o Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript.
o Configure Access Control Lists for security and data integrity.
o Use Flow Designer to build workflows and set up notifications.
2. Platform Design and
Integration:
o Design Service Portals using Bootstrap and AngularJS.
o Integrate platforms using APIs and configure chat functionality.
o Develop analytics and reporting tools to drive insights.
3. Platform Maintenance
and Troubleshooting:
o Apply patches and perform system upgrades as per schedule.
o Troubleshoot platform-related incidents and remediate functionality
issues.
4. Agile Collaboration:
o Participate in Scrum cadences, including sprint planning, backlog
grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
o Author technical knowledge articles for documentation and knowledge
sharing.
