As an Associate -
Digital Product Operations, you’ll be part of a team that plays a crucial
role in maintaining the efficiency of Oracle HCM, Payroll platforms,
and related processes.
About the Role: Associate - Digital Product Operations
In this role, you’ll work
closely with business, technology, and servicing teams to execute User
Acceptance Testing (UAT), enhance process efficiency, and ensure smooth
data flow between HR and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing and Validation:
o Understand business
requirements and create test scenarios.
o Plan and execute UAT
test cycles, ensuring accurate results.
o Review output files,
resolve discrepancies, and follow up with the tech team on issue resolutions.
2. Collaboration and Process Improvement:
o Partner with
cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and resolve issues.
o Highlight risks, propose
mitigation strategies, and enhance testing efficiency through automation.
3. Operational Tasks:
o Execute test scenarios
for processes like New Hire Creation, transfers, terminations, job code
changes, and salary updates.
o Ensure seamless data flow
from HR systems (MyInfo) to payroll systems.
o Participate in business
and process-related calls and meetings.
Who Should Apply?
Eligibility and Qualifications:
·
Technical
Knowledge:
o Understanding of Oracle
HCM platforms (e.g., MyInfo, Dayforce, Global View).
o Familiarity with payroll
processes and the flow of data between HR and payroll systems.
o Hands-on experience with
tools like MS Planner, Airtable, Rally, and other
cloud-based applications.

Skills and
Competencies:
o Strong communication and
collaboration skills.
o Ability to independently
execute test scenarios and resolve discrepancies.
o Knowledge of payroll
platforms like ADP Global View or Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.

Flexibility:
o Willingness to work in EST
time zone overlap due to key partner presence.
