Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:
1. Aptitude Test: Evaluates logical and cognitive
skills.
2. Programming Test: Assesses programming abilities.
3. HR Interview: Determines cultural fit.
4. Technical Interview: Evaluates technical knowledge.
5. Final Interview: Conducted by the India Head of
Operations.
Indemnity Agreement
A service agreement worth ₹2,00,000 for a duration of 2 years is
applicable, effective from the start date of employment. This agreement must be
signed before joining.
