Support roles in Hyderabad. This program is ideal for graduates
eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic health-tech startup and
transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Intern-to-Hire - Operations
2.
Intern-to-Hire - Customer Support
Location: Hyderabad
Internship Duration: 3 months
Salary during Internship: ₹15,000/month
Post-Conversion Salary: ₹2.5 LPA
Weekly Off:
·
Internship Phase: 1 day off per week
·
Full-Time Phase: 2 days off per week
Eligibility Criteria
·
Qualification: Any Graduate
·
Experience: 0 to 6 months
·
Passing Year: Open to all graduates
·
Joining: Openings available every month
Responsibilities
For Customer Support
Intern:
·
Handle customer queries via chat, calls, and
emails.
·
Resolve customer issues and offer tailored
solutions.
·
Upsell and cross-sell products to generate revenue.
·
Analyze customer needs and make business decisions
to enhance customer satisfaction.
For Operations Intern:
·
Provide end-to-end backend support for operational
tasks.
·
Coordinate with clients, corporate customers, and
internal teams.
·
Ensure timely appointment confirmations, follow-ups,
and report preparation.
·
Manage OPD insurance claims and coordinate
inclusions/exclusions with insurers.
·
Communicate effectively to resolve customer and
client queries.
Key Skills Required
·
Strong communication skills in English.
·
Proficiency in Excel and basic presentation
skills.
·
Ability to multitask and remain calm under
pressure.
·
Confidence, patience, and adaptability to changing
roles.
·
Strong problem-solving and decision-making
abilities.
Ideal Candidate
·
Excellent attention to detail with a good typing
speed.
·
Friendly and confident demeanor with effective
communication skills.
·
Self-motivated with the ability to analyze
situations and prioritize tasks.
