Introduction
WTW (Willis Towers
Watson) is seeking passionate and talented graduates to join their 2025
Graduate Program in the Work & Rewards business line within the Human
Capital Advisory division. This program is an excellent starting point for
individuals looking to build a career in HR consulting, providing opportunities
to work on diverse projects and develop expertise in areas such as Talent
Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits
Design, and more.
Job Role: Consultant – Graduate Program (Work & Rewards)
Locations: Multiple locations within the region.
Job Type: Full-Time, Graduate Program
Experience Level: Master’s degree (Class of 2025 graduates) with 1-3
years of HR consulting or corporate environment experience preferred.
Business Unit: Work & Rewards (Human Capital Advisory)
Responsibilities
·
Project Engagement: Support senior consultants in executing consulting
projects involving Talent Management, Performance Management, Executive
Pay Design, and Total Rewards Strategy.
·
Client Interaction: Assist in client meetings and build relationships with
client contacts, displaying strong influencing and persuasion skills.
·
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results
effectively. Develop deliverables that meet WTW’s quality standards.
·
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally to ensure high client satisfaction and contribute to
the development of team practices.
·
Continuous Improvement: Identify lessons learned from completed projects and
share knowledge through Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS).
·
Project Planning:
Assist in the development of project timelines and budgets and track
deliverables to ensure adherence to plans.
·
Client Satisfaction: Employ the Client First approach to understand
and meet client expectations.
Performance Objectives

skills and knowledge in Work & Rewards.
o Ensure high-quality
deliverables by adhering to professional excellence principles.

maintain professional relationships with clients, providing high-quality
consulting services.

o Support senior
consultants in meeting sales and project targets.
o Participate in
project billing processes and monitor budget compliance.
Required Qualifications
·
Education:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (2025
batch graduates).
·
Experience:
Approximately 1-3 years in HR consulting or a corporate HR environment is
advantageous but not mandatory.
