jewelry and lifestyle products, is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET)
for its Maintenance Department in Jaipur. This role offers
hands-on experience in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, project
management, and process improvements within a sustainability-driven

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Maintenance Department, you will:
1.
Maintenance Planning & Execution: Assist in planning preventive
and corrective maintenance tasks.
2.
Troubleshooting: Support troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical
issues and prepare reports (ATR).
3.
Sourcing Materials: Help source spare parts and
materials required for maintenance activities.
4.
Building Visits & Renovations: Participate in building
inspections and renovation projects.
5.
R&D Contribution: Contribute to research and
development efforts to optimize processes and equipment.
6.
Project Management: Assist in project management
initiatives related to maintenance.
Required Skills

Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of building
maintenance, renovation, and R&D processes.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve
technical issues effectively.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills with a team-oriented approach.

Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and project
management tools.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple
tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
