dedicated Associate Analyst to support United Airlines’ strategic
operations by analyzing flight routes, schedules, and fleet deployment. This
role allows you to work with data, develop strategic insights, and contribute
to United’s operational and commercial success.
Role and Responsibilities
As an
Associate Analyst in Network Planning, your primary responsibilities will
include:

Analyzing and optimizing United’s flight schedules to enhance
operational efficiency and profitability.
·
Developing strategies to maximize long-term profit margins within
the network.
·
Assisting with fleet deployment to balance revenue generation and
cost-effectiveness.
·
Performing ad-hoc analyses and creating presentations for
leadership.
·
Engaging with data-driven methodologies to refine operational
insights.
Basic Qualifications
·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
(Statistics, Engineering preferred).
·
Experience: 0-1 year, with a strong focus on data-driven
analysis.
·
Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SQL, HIVE/Spark, and knowledge of Python is a plus.
·
Other Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in India,
possess strong English communication skills, and be able to deliver results
punctually.
Preferred Skills
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in
Teradata SQL.
·
Intellectual curiosity to explore diverse business problems in the
aviation industry.
·
Ability to manage projects independently and produce detailed
insights.
