opportunity to join as Graduate Apprentice Trainees in Igatpuri. This
role is ideal for individuals with a background in engineering, particularly
those with a focus on electronics and mechanical engineering.
Role Overview: Graduate Apprentice Trainee
As a
Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Mahindra, you will be responsible for
maintaining and troubleshooting machinery within the machine shop. This role
demands strong technical skills and hands-on expertise in both mechanical and
electronic maintenance. Key responsibilities include:
·
Maintenance and Problem Solving: Perform maintenance for both mechanical and
electronic components, utilizing the Why-Why analysis methodology to
troubleshoot and resolve issues.
·
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance): Ensure adherence to TPM principles to
improve productivity and prevent downtime.
·
Cost Reduction Initiatives: Actively engage in cost-saving strategies,
including efficient spare part planning and preventive maintenance (PM)
activities.
·
Workforce Training: Conduct in-house training for workmen to
upgrade their skills and improve maintenance capabilities.
·
Chronic Issue Resolution: Identify and provide solutions for
recurring technical problems.
·
New Project Implementation: Support the execution of new projects
within the machine shop environment.
·
Safety and Compliance: Maintain safety standards in all
maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics
Engineering or a Diploma in a related field.
·
Experience: 2–8 years of relevant experience,
especially in roles involving CNC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial
control systems.
·
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, effective
communication, teamwork, and familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management
(PLM) tools. Experience with vehicle systems is advantageous.

to approach problems logically, especially through methodologies like Why-Why
analysis.
2. Technical
Knowledge:
Familiarity with CNC programming, SCADA, industrial control
systems, and vehicle systems.

4. Communication
Skills:
Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with team members and
support staff.
