nalysts
for its Bangalore office. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates
eager to start their careers in healthcare consulting. The role focuses on RCM
Accounts Receivable (AR) and involves working on healthcare revenue cycle
management, problem-solving, and process optimization.
Role: Junior Process Analyst (RCM AR)
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Fresher (0–5 months)
Key Responsibilities
·
Client Communication: Answer insurance telephone
inquiries and resolve customer issues at the first point of contact.
·
Pre-Call Analysis: Evaluate claims and perform
pre-call analysis using IVR or web portal services.
·
Post-Call Actions: Document and analyze outcomes
of calls to ensure effective claim follow-up.
·
Data Analysis:
o
Analyze accounts receivable data to identify
underpayments and denial reasons.
o
Use appropriate codes for documenting underpayments
and denials.
·
Problem Solving: Resolve complex issues with minimal supervision
and work on assigned projects flexibly.
·
Operational Knowledge:
o
Develop in-depth understanding of business processes
and operational workflows.
o
Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues
across projects.
·
Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with key
stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
·
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized
institution.
·
Skills:
o
Strong communication skills with a neutral
accent.
o
Excellent English writing and listening
skills.
o
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute with at
least 90% accuracy.
o
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
o
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative
abilities.
