This internship focuses on sourcing top talent for EY GDS (India) service

recruitment/sourcing
Responsibilities
As a TAA Intern, you
will:

Sourcing Talent:
Attract top talent for EY GDS (India) across various service lines by
implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
·
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior sourcers and leads to define
and execute sourcing plans based on open requisitions.
·
Process Improvement: Ensure effective sourcing processes, recommend
improvements, and manage the company’s marketplace image.
·
ERP and Data Management: Work with ERP tools and contribute to competitor
intelligence strategies.
·
Candidate Engagement: Manage candidate interactions and identify new sourcing
opportunities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
·
Strong verbal
communication, listening, and interpretation skills.
·
Influencing Abilities: Effectively persuade candidates and stakeholders.
·
Team Collaboration: Ability to work in large, cross-functional teams.
·
Networking Skills: Skilled in connecting with passive candidates on

Eligibility Requirements

Education:
Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or
related fields.
·
Experience:
Freshers or up to 6 months of sourcing/recruitment experience.
·
Technical Skills:

Familiarity
with job portals and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
·
Proficiency
in MS Excel.
Preferred
Qualifications:

Knowledge
of technology and technical roles/skills.
