Introduction:

DXC Technology invites applications for the role of Analyst III, Infrastructure Services at their Bangalore office. This position emphasizes customer issue resolution and technical support. Applicants should have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a readiness to work rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Respond promptly to customer queries and take ownership of their technical issues.

·         Guide customers through troubleshooting of software/hardware/application concerns.

·         Diagnose, research, and resolve technical problems, escalating when necessary.

·         Maintain and update ticketing system records to track issue resolutions.

·         Prioritize and manage customer problems for timely resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Minimum educational background of 10+2+3 in any field.

·         Freshers or candidates with experience in technical support roles (e.g., IT Help Desk, Desktop Support).

·         Proficient in diagnosing and solving basic technical issues and comfortable providing step-by-step solutions.

Skills and Attributes:

·         Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective team collaboration.

·         Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

·         Ability to manage workload with prioritized tasks and seamless workflow.

Work Conditions:

·         Mandatory on-site work from the Bangalore office.

·         Rotational shifts, including night shifts, are part of the job.
