Capgemini is inviting applications from 2024 B.Com and BAF graduates
for the DCoE Processor role in Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal
for freshers looking to begin their careers in a global business environment,
working with tools and processes that enhance pricing and proposal solutions
for clients.
Role: DCoE Processor
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Eligibility:

Qualification: B.Com or BAF graduates (2024 batch).

No active backlogs at the time of application or
joining.

Skills:
o
Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
o
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work
under pressure.
o
Basic computing knowledge.
o
Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
·
Requirement Gathering: Use multiple tools to gather
information, recalculate product prices, and apply custom adjustments.
·
Pricing Sheets: Create, review, and finalize pricing sheets from
scratch using internal tools.
·
Compliance Review: Ensure pricing proposals
align with Microsoft volume licensing policies and custom adjustments are
correctly applied.
·
Deal Books: Develop Deal Books that provide historical data to
Microsoft sales representatives for planning future orders.
·
Proposal Support: Create various supporting documents as part of the
proposal package.
Assessment Process
1.
Assessment 1: English MCQ test to evaluate language skills.
2.
Assessment 2: SVAR (Spoken English) test to assess verbal
communication skills.
3.
Assessment 3: Technical and HR interviews to evaluate technical
expertise and cultural fit.
