Location: Remote-first (Pan India) with occasional travel to the Mumbai
office for team or company events.
Role Overview:
As an Operations
Intern at CACTUS, you will play a vital role in managing project schedules,
tracking milestones, and supporting team goals. In this role, you will interact
with various operational elements to drive the seamless delivery of client
projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Capacity Management: Ensure effective allocation and utilization
of resources for successful assignment completion.
·
Assignment Allocation: Manage assignment distribution through
CACTUS’s internal operational interface.
·
Client Requirements Alignment: Support management in creating solutions
tailored to client needs.
·
Timely Project Delivery: Take ownership of project schedules and
ensure deadlines are met.
·
Client Communication: Monitor and reply to client emails to
maintain open communication.
·
Project Tracking: Oversee project progress and ensure all
activities are on schedule.
·
Efficiency Improvement: Develop processes that enhance operational
efficiency.
·
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with team members to drive
completion of assignments.
