Introduction
Bhumi is dedicated to
skill development for India's youth, especially through its Skill Ed
program, which prepares college students for job-readiness in tech-related
fields. In the academic year 2023-24, over 8,000 students have benefited from
Skill Ed’s training programs.
Role Overview
As a Technical
Trainer for Skill Ed, you'll shape and implement hands-on learning programs
for final-year students, enhancing their skills in Java, Python, Web Design
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript - React JS), and C/C++. You’ll play a pivotal role
in preparing students aged 18-27 for the tech industry by ensuring they meet
job-readiness standards.
Responsibilities
·
Curriculum Development: Design and implement practical training modules in
Java, Python, Web Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React JS), and C/C++.
·
Student Engagement: Apply instructional strategies and assessments to
improve student learning outcomes.
·
Planning & Execution: Create detailed daily, weekly, and monthly training
plans.
·
Networking for Opportunities: Partner with corporates and organizations to help
students secure job placements.
·
Reporting:
Track and report on student progress, utilizing Bhumi's MIS, LMS, and other
systems.
Qualifications
·
Education:
M.E., M.Tech., MCA, M.Sc., B.E., or B.Tech.
·
Experience:
2+ years of training experience in relevant technologies.
·
Skills:
o Proficient in Java,
Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React JS), and/or C/C++.
o Fluent in English
and Tamil with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
clearly.
