Job Role: Management Trainee
Location: Gurugram, India
Position: Full-time, Entry-level (Management Trainee)
Role Purpose
The
purpose of the Management Trainee role is to provide effective
technical support to ensure smooth and efficient process operations. You
will be responsible for actively resolving client issues directly or through
timely escalation to meet process Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
As a Management Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring
client satisfaction and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical
support to address client issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
·
Process Adherence: Follow established processes and procedures,
and escalate issues as needed to meet process SLAs.
·
Problem-Solving: Actively resolve client issues by diagnosing
technical problems, identifying root causes, and providing solutions.
·
Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level
technical teams when required, ensuring prompt resolution and client
satisfaction.
·
Client Interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients,
keeping them informed about issue resolution progress and ensuring they receive
the best possible service.
·
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process
improvement and contribute to the optimization of technical support services.
·
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to
enhance service delivery and resolve client issues effectively.
Skills & Competencies

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems,
software, and troubleshooting techniques.
