Internship Overview: Trainee - Backed Process
The Trainee
role at Wipro involves configuring and testing Wipro's proprietary Total
Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet client requirements. This

Role & Responsibilities
1. System
Configuration & Testing:
·
Configuration: Use proprietary tools to set up and
configure tables/parameters in the TBA System based on client
requirements.
·
Testing: Prepare test cases and data, execute
testing activities, and ensure configurations meet analysis specifications.
·
Debugging: Identify and troubleshoot system defects,
ensuring all configurations align with client needs.
2.
Documentation & Quality Assurance:
·
Documentation: Maintain accurate configuration records in
analysis specifications.
·
Quality Assurance: Follow Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) principles and ensure adherence to software quality assurance
best practices.
3.
Collaboration & Communication:
·
Client Interaction: Support client delivery priorities and
communicate effectively via Mail, Lync, Timestamp, Voice Call, etc.

Global Collaboration: Work efficiently with global teams,
escalating issues when necessary.

Task Management: Manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and
provide regular status updates to managers.
Required Skills

Technical Proficiency:
