Intelligence Analyst / Data Engineer role in Bangalore. This is an

Role Overview:
As a Business
Intelligence Analyst / Data Engineer, you will work on data engineering and
analytics projects, transforming raw datasets into actionable insights. You’ll
be involved in data pipeline engineering, KPI design, dashboard creation, and
cloud data architecture, ultimately empowering Valtech's clients to make
data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Data Analysis & Engineering: Transform raw data sets into meaningful
insights for enterprise clients, while adhering to scientific rigor and
discipline.
·
Data Pipeline Development: Engineer data pipelines and products that
support data-driven decision-making.
·
Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards
and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or custom
web applications.
·
Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure: Develop cloud-based data platform
components to support data and machine learning (ML) pipelines.
·
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements, conduct technical due
diligence, and design pragmatic data solutions aligned with business
objectives.
·
Project Management: Assist with project timelines,
dependencies, and risk management.
Minimum
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics,
Statistics, Computer Science, or other computation-intensive
fields.
·
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for
data ingestion, analysis, and generating insights.
Preferred
Qualifications:
·
Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI
or visualization libraries such as R ggplot2, Python matplotlib, seaborn,
or JavaScript D3.
·
Experience with big data tools like Spark, Hive,
Impala, or Pig.
·
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure,
or Google Cloud.
·
Knowledge of data pipeline tools such as Airflow, Luigi,
or Prefect.
·
Background in statistical and ML libraries and experience managing
data/analytics projects is a plus.
