Job Role: Junior Associate
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Experience: 0-5 years
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in Sciences, Mathematics,
Statistics, Economics, Accounts, Finance, or Information Technology
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior
Associate at UpThink, you will:
·
Student Support: Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive
explanations to student queries during online tutoring sessions, ensuring
students receive high-quality support.
·
Course Administration: Assist in managing online courses through
Learning Management Systems (LMS) by supporting the setup, organization, and
smooth operation of courses.
·
Grading & Feedback: Help with grading student submissions,
offering constructive feedback within established deadlines to encourage
student improvement.
·
Content Development: Collaborate on various content development
projects, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance the quality of educational
materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
·
Educational Background: Postgraduate degree in any of the following
fields: Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounts, Finance, or
Information Technology.

Relevant Knowledge: Strong understanding of your subject area
and familiarity with related educational tools.
·
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency
in MS Office/GSuite, especially Excel/Spreadsheets and Word/Docx.
o Ability
to navigate and utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively.
·
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills to interact effectively with students and team members.
·
Time Management & Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, with the
ability to manage time effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy in
tasks.
