Role Overview: Client Care Executive
As a Client
Care Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer
inquiries and provide efficient solutions. You'll be the face of the company,

also contribute to sales, service standards, and compliance, playing a key role
in maintaining the bank's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer

o Accurately
tag call types and provide precise information to customers regarding their
queries.
2. Sales and

strive towards achieving sales targets without mis-selling.
3. Data
Confidentiality & Compliance:

o Maintain
awareness of KYC (Know Your Customer) and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
4. Team
Collaboration & Risk Management:
o Collaborate
with management to identify process gaps and potential risks.
o Provide
feedback on trends, specific issues, and possible disputes.
o Work
towards the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk
Indicators (KRIs).
Qualification Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
·
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years
of experience in service, sales, or collections are encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills in English.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are essential.
