offering an exciting internship opportunity for 2025, seeking candidates to
join as an Intern - IT End User Services (EUS) in Pune. This role
is part of the End User Services (EUS) group within Corporate IT,
which is dedicated to providing top-notch IT support to Seagate employees. As a
part of this dynamic team, you'll gain hands-on experience solving technical
issues and learning cutting-edge IT support processes in a fast-paced
enterprise environment.
About the Role:
As an IT
EUS Intern, your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving a wide
range of technical issues related to end-user computing. This internship offers
valuable exposure to hardware, software, networking, and IT
service management tools. Key responsibilities include:
·
Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex
issues related to user computers, network connectivity, and applications.
·
Support Enterprise Environment: Configure, deploy, maintain, and
troubleshoot computer hardware and software within an enterprise setting.
·
Incident Management: Document and track issues through Enterprise
Incident Management Systems like ServiceNow.
·
Active Directory & BitLocker: Learn about Active Directory
environments and help maintain password and file system security using BitLocker.
·
SCCM/MECM: Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft’s
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoint
Configuration Manager (MECM).
About You:
Seagate
is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about IT support and ready to
learn in a high-energy environment. Ideal candidates should possess:

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical issues
clearly to customers, peers, and management.
·
Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the
ability to come up with innovative solutions.
·
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware,
software, Windows 10/11 OS, and Office 365 applications
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
·
Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take initiative and resolve
issues before they become major problems.
Your Experience Includes:
·
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
troubleshooting.
·
Familiarity with Office 365 online applications and Windows
10 OS.
·
Hands-on experience or coursework in Information Technology
solutions and services is preferred.
