Role Overview: Engineer Software Test & Release
As an Engineer
Software Test & Release, you will be responsible for designing,
coding, testing, and bug fixing software components. You will work
under the close supervision of a Team Lead/Project Manager and ensure
the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role is essential for developing

Protocol Testing:

2G/3G/LTE/5G Technologies: Experience or knowledge in Modem/UE
Protocol Stack Testing and network interoperability.

Test Plan Development: Ability to understand network scenarios,
develop test plans, and execute test cases using automation frameworks.
·
3GPP Specifications: Proficiency in 3GPP Radio Access
Technologies (RAT), air interface, network signaling, and Layer 2, Layer 3
protocols.

Programming & Scripting:

Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Python, Perl, Shell
scripts, TCL scripts, C, C++, TTCN.
·
Automation Frameworks: Experience with test scripting and
automation using tools like RTD (Anritsu) or equivalent.
·
Linux Platforms: Familiarity with Linux host platforms
for software development and testing.
3. Tools
& Equipment:

Testing Tools: Knowledge of QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Prism,
Anritsu, Keysight test instruments.
·
Trace & Log Analysis: Ability to use trace/log collection
tools, core dump analysis tools, and flashing tools.
Educational & Experience Requirements
1.
Educational Background:
·
Degree: Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech) or MCA
(Master of Computer Applications).
·
Experience: Freshers with 0-2 years of experience
are eligible to apply.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong Knowledge: 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G technologies, VSAT-SATCOM,
and INTEROP Testing.
