Job Role: Management Trainee / Fresher (Sales)

We are on
the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and eager-to-learn individuals to
join our team as Management Trainees. This role is an excellent
opportunity for freshers who are excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and contributing to business growth. You will work closely with our
Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, gaining hands-on
experience across various functions.
Roles & Responsibilities

Market Research: Identify potential global markets for Route
Mobile's products using communication and marketing tools.
·
Lead Generation & Sales Planning: Assist in generating leads and developing
sales strategies to drive business.
·
Product Presentations: Deliver presentations and demonstrate Route
Mobile’s products and services to prospective clients.
·
Sales & Lead Nurturing: Actively nurture leads and assist in closing
sales, ensuring strong customer engagement.
·
Pre-Sales & Marketing Process: Build pre-sales and marketing processes to
improve overall efficiency.
·
Customer Interaction: Maintain records of customer interactions,
track their progress, and follow up accordingly.
·
Operational Support: Support senior managers in various
operational tasks to enhance day-to-day activities and streamline processes.
Desired Skills & Experience
·
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
·
Business Understanding: Ability to grasp business processes and
technical concepts, and communicate them clearly.
·
Proficiency in MS Office: Strong skills in MS Office and other
presentation tools.
·
Time Management: Effective time management and organizational
skills.
·
Leadership Skills: Ability to take initiative and demonstrate
leadership, even with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM preferred.
