Roles and Responsibilities as a Trainee Business Associate
1. Daily
Engagement: Reach
out to target supply leads within assigned categories on a daily basis.
2. Lead
Conversion: Present
Porter’s offerings to potential partners, assess their needs, and facilitate
the onboarding process.
3. Product
Feedback: Identify
new requirements based on supply feedback, and collaborate with teams to
develop new products.
4. Lead
Generation: Create
prospect lists using your industry knowledge and online resources.
5. Process
Improvement: Actively
track lead conversion rates and suggest improvements to optimize the supply
acquisition process.
6. Follow-Up
Communication: Conduct
cold and follow-up calls to convert prospects into partners.
7. Relationship
Building: Develop
short-term relationships to improve meeting prospects and increase conversion
potential.
8. Reporting: Highlight trends and concerns to senior
management, offering data-driven insights.
9. Market
Research: Perform
studies on new zones to explore business potential and contribute to business
strategy.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. Onboarding
Management: Oversee
the complete onboarding process for partners, ensuring compliance with Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Supply
Lifecycle Maintenance: Ensure
new partners complete at least five orders in their first week.
