Job Role: Product Security Intern
Location: NOIDA, India
Position: Full-time, Internship
Key Responsibilities
As a Product
Security Intern at Pitney Bowes, you will:
·
Understand Security Processes: Gain insights into different security
processes and tools used within the organization.
·
Remediation of Vulnerabilities: Assist in identifying and remediating
security vulnerabilities across various product lines.
·
DAST Scans: Run Dynamic Application Security Testing
(DAST) scans to detect security flaws.
·
Security Best Practices: Familiarize yourself with industry-standard
security practices and principles.
·
Cloud Security: Learn the nuances of security in cloud
environments and help implement best practices for cloud security.
Qualifications & Skills
To be
successful in this role, you should have:
·
Educational Background:
o UG: B.Tech/B.E. from REC or other reputed
institutes
o PG: M.S. / M.Tech from REC or other reputed
institutes
·
Software Engineering Experience: Proficiency in at least one high-level
programming language such as Java or Python.
·
Scripting Skills: Experience with PowerShell or other
scripting languages.
·
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a
keen interest in security.
·
Adaptability: Flexibility to learn and adapt to new
technologies.
·
Technology Agnostic: Ability to work across different platforms
and technologies.
