Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote (Work from Home) within India, based
in Gurgaon
Education: MBA with at least three years of recruitment experience
within India and the APAC regions
Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience
Travel Requirements: None
Key Responsibilities
As a Talent
Acquisition Specialist at Pinkerton, you will:
·
Requisition Management: Monitor approved requisitions and create or
modify job descriptions using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in line with
global formatting standards.
·
Job Posting & Distribution: Ensure requisitions are posted correctly on
Pinkerton's Careers page and make corrections as necessary. Utilize eQuest
to post requisitions to country-specific job boards.
·
Candidate Sourcing: Conduct passive searches on platforms like LinkedIn
and Naukri to build a strong recruitment pipeline.
·
Candidate Screening: Review incoming applications, schedule phone
screens promptly, and communicate with the Global Director of Talent
Acquisition regarding any concerns and candidate recommendations.
·
Collaboration & Communication: Provide regular updates on requisition
statuses and coordinate with hiring managers, Pinkerton account leaders, and
other stakeholders to discuss candidate advancements.
·
New Hire Assistance: Aid in drafting employment offer letters,
assist with background checks, and follow up with new hires to address any
concerns.
·
Cross-Training & Backup: Serve as a backup to the TA Coordinator and
participate in cross-training to ensure efficient team operations.
·
Team Support: Actively contribute to the PEC Talent
Acquisition team's success by meeting hiring goals and maintaining the
organization's high standards.
Required Qualifications
·
Education: MBA with recruitment experience, ideally
within India and APAC regions.
·
Experience: Minimum three years of experience in
high-volume recruitment.
·
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ATS systems,
knowledge of campus recruitment, and experience with job distribution
services like eQuest.
·
Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to
interact effectively across multiple regions and cultures.
·
Time Management & Organization: Ability to handle significant hiring volumes
and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven, with the ability
to work independently.
·
Client-Oriented: Strong focus on delivering quality results
and building a positive candidate experience.
