Role Overview: Trainee Specialist
As a
Trainee Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the skills and
effectiveness of PhonePe's contact center representatives. You will be
responsible for designing and delivering training content, monitoring agent
performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes. This
role requires you to be a subject matter expert, ensuring that agents are
well-prepared to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Training & Content Development:

Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitate classroom
training on product knowledge, call handling, customer service skills, and
tools.

Design and develop training content, organize the knowledge base,
and update process-related information.

Integrate adult learning theories into training sessions,
ensuring effective learning outcomes for a diverse range of participants.
2.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

Monitor the performance of trainees and agents on the floor to
identify training gaps.

Conduct relevant coaching programs and workshops to address these
gaps.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing workflows,
identify bottlenecks, and suggest enhancements for better response quality.
3.
Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align
training goals with business objectives.
·
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging
innovative solutions and creative problem-solving.
·
Manage change effectively, guiding people, processes, and systems
in new directions.
