Job Role: Associate Engineer, Trainee
Location: Mumbai, India
Position: Full-time, Entry-level
Job Description
As an Associate
Engineer, Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in the development and
implementation of IoT products. You will work across various areas of IoT
technologies including app development, cloud services, DevOps, embedded
systems, and more. This role provides an excellent opportunity to explore the
entire lifecycle of IoT product development from concept to final product.
Roles & Responsibilities
·
Product Development: Understand and analyze product requirements,
translating them into technical specifications and programming deliverables.
·
Coding & Testing: Collaborate with architects and business
teams to enhance existing applications and build new ones. Perform coding,
testing, and debugging in real-world scenarios.
·
Technical Documentation: Create documentation including requirement,
design, and architecture specifications.
·
Scrum Participation: Engage in Scaled Agile Framework scrum
activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
·
Product Support: Provide ongoing support for IoT products,
ensuring smooth operation and functionality.
Skills Required
To excel
in this role, you should have:
·
Technical Skills: Strong understanding in at least one of the
following areas:
o Smartphone
Application Development: Android,
iOS, React Native
o Web App
Development: ReactJS
o Backend
Development: Node.js,
Go, data structures, and database management
o Cloud
Services & DevOps: AWS,
CI/CD tools
o Business
Analysis: Ability
to understand and document product requirements
o Embedded
Systems & Electronics:
Knowledge of PLC/SCADA, firmware development
o Security: Knowledge of cloud, mobile, and web
application security including OWASP

Programming Languages: Hands-on experience with C, Python, C++,
Java
·
Documentation: Ability to use flowcharts, state diagrams
to document design before implementation.
·
Operating Systems: Familiarity with both Windows and Linux
environments.
·
Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
·
Degree: B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science, Electronics
Engineering, or Masters in Computer Applications / Computer Science.
·
Experience: Fresh graduates with a passion for design
thinking and technology.
·
Communication: Good verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
