Responsibilities
As a Software
Developer Expert at Outlier AI, you will:

Train AI Models: Engage with generative AI models by crafting
and answering questions related to computer science.

Evaluate & Rank Code: Review and rank code generated by AI models,
providing feedback to help improve their performance.

Provide Expertise: Utilize your coding skills to help develop
more accurate and efficient AI models that can write better code.
·
Work on Discrete Problems: Participate in projects that involve
discrete, highly variable coding problems, enhancing the AI models'
understanding of real-world coding scenarios.
Examples
of Desirable Expertise
To
succeed in this role, you should:

Educational Background: Be currently enrolled in or have completed a
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective
institution.

Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more of the following
programming languages:
o Java

o JavaScript/TypeScript
o C++

Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical
concepts clearly and fluently in English.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on grammar, punctuation, and
