Job Description
As a CSD
Analyst (IC0), you will:
·
Qualification: Graduate degree (preferably in Finance/Commerce).
·
Experience: Minimal experience in accounts payable
is an advantage.
·
Process Knowledge: A good understanding of AP/Purchasing
processes.
·
Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
skills are essential.
·
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.
·
Customer Focus: Superior customer focus and listening
skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
In this
role, you will:
·
Manage Accounts Payable Records: Check and verify accounts payable records,
prepare invoices, vouchers, and balance accounts payable records.
·
Data Management: Use office automated systems to input data,
generate reports, and conduct specialized research projects.
·
Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile difficult accounts and maintain a
complete set of transactions in specific accounting phases.
·
General Ledger: Post ledger and general journal entries as
required.
