Role Overview:
Moody's
is hiring a Data Management Associate to support our Methodology
Development Group in maintaining and managing financial research documents. If
you are detail-oriented, skilled in content management, and have strong
communication skills, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Provide support to the Methodology Development Group in
maintaining methodology and assessment framework documents.
·
Manage trackers and analyst contact lists.
·
Conduct pre- and post-publication reviews of documents to
ensure adherence to style guidelines and quality.
·
Create and manage document files in content management
systems.
·
Identify and escalate publishing issues proactively.
·
Implement process improvements to increase operational
efficiency.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data
Analytics, or a related field.
·
1-3 years of experience supporting the publication of
financial research, including content/data management and quality control.
·
Exceptional attention to detail when working with and reviewing
written content.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation
skills.
·
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
·
Adaptability to new processes and changing requirements.
·
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of
SharePoint and content management systems is a plus.
·
A positive, outgoing attitude with strong interpersonal skills to
build professional relationships with global stakeholders.
