Your Role as a Graduate Engineer Trainee
As a Graduate
Engineer Trainee, you will be involved in developing, modifying, and
supporting software modules used for product testing and qualification
across various stages of product development and manufacturing. You will work
closely with different teams, including product development, manufacturing,
marketing, and quality, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Software Development: Create and refine software in Python
and TCL/TK to enhance existing test systems across multiple
manufacturing locations.

Electrical Testing: Perform electrical testing on multi-gigabit
cable assemblies, analyze data, and perform root cause analysis.
·
Software Integration: Integrate software with custom circuit
boards and mechanical fixtures.
·
Testing and Validation: Create test plans, conduct system
verification, perform validation, and document results.
·
Documentation: Develop product and test system
documentation, specifications, and work instructions.
·
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to meet
product development and manufacturing goals.

Quality Management: Contribute to Total Quality Management
(TQM) and adhere to Quality/Environmental Management Systems.
Who We Are Looking For:

Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics,
or Computer Science Engineering.
·
Skills and Experience:
o Strong
foundation in software development and programming.
o Experience
or knowledge in Python, TCL/TK, and other scripting languages.
o Analytical
mindset with skills in statistical modeling and root cause analysis.
o Understanding
of RF/microwave electrical test systems and industry standards like Ethernet,
Infiniband, Fiber Channel, PCIe, SAS, SATA.
o Excellent
communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or knowledge in integrating software with off-the-shelf
test equipment like digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules, and
network analyzers.

Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and
quality assurance practices.
